‘IoTeach-SensorsTM’ teaches sensor applications including ultrasonic ranging, silicon pressure, gaussmeters, hall effect, thermometers, pan/tilt controller, LED displays, stepping motor, video surveillance, electronic compasses,data acquisition. ‘IoTLabsTM’ teaches computer-based experimental research skills as we believe that the personal computer stands alongside such equipment as multimeters and oscilloscopes. IoTLabs seamlessly teaches scientific data acquisition and analysis, such as least-squares curve fitting and Fast Fourier Transform FFT. By utilizing low cost, sophisticated and reliable commercial-off-the-shelf COTS instrumentation, IoTLabs free researchers to focus on data analysis and interpretation. Some COTS instrumentation includes:

oscilloscopeNI USB-based Oscilloscopes feature an open architecture and flexible, software-defined functionality to deliver unmatched versatility for both time- and frequency-domain applications. We can perform standard oscilloscope measurements and easily build other instruments, such as spectrum analyzers, transient recorders, and ultrasonic receivers. We also can synchronize multiple oscilloscopes with other instruments at picosecond-level accuracy for high-channel-count and mixed-signal applications.

NI virtual bench common instruments into a single device and connects to a PC or iPad. It combines a mixed-signal oscilloscope with protocol analysis, an arbitrary waveform generator, a digital multimeter, a programmable DC power supply, and digital I/O. The all-in-one features are simple, convenient, and provide more efficient circuit design, debugging, and validation.

Use spectrum analyser to measure the magnitude of an input signal versus frequency within full frequency range of instrument. We supply, commission and provide training for NI spectrum analysers. Our software defined libraries assist with studying spectral compositions of electrical as well as other signals, such as acoustic pressure waves and optical light waves. Measurement with spectrum analyser assist with measurement of other spectral components of a signal that are not easily detectable in time domain waveforms. Such parameters could be useful in characterization of electronic devices, such as wireless transmitters.
